When WOMEN WHO CODE, INC. dissolves, the business community must be prepared to address the barriers women have to [STEM careers], in order to successfully integrate them into the work force (29 USC §2501(a)(4)) like Tech Training For Women [ttfw://], a project of WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC.

Waiving Goodbye to WOMEN WHO CODE (”WWCODE”)

WOMEN WHO CODE, INC. (WWCODE) has been a powerful voice for women in technology since its informal, humble beginnings in 2011.

The Meetup Group formally incorporated as a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation on December 3, 2013.

Since initial directors had not been named in the Articles of Incorporation filed for WOMEN WHO CODE, INC. on December 3, 2012, California Corporations Code §5134 authorized the sole incorporator to do whatever was necessary and proper to perfect the organization of the corporation

The IRS recognized WOMEN WHO CODE, INC. as a 501(c)(3) organization on June 4, 2014.

Fast forward to April 18, 2024, community members received an email alert indicating the organization’s Board of Directors, with five (5) recently appointed members…
