Allows remote and virtual volunteering during COVID-19 pandemic: Yes, outside of California is permissible. Foreign nationals abroad can be invited to the USA on a B-1 Business Visitor Visa, email Rauhmel@WHOmentors.com
Be advised, any foreign national with a “bona fide relationship” with WHOmentorsdotcom Inc. can be denied a visa application or banned from entering the USA.
Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry to the United States. A visa simply indicates that a U.S. consular officer at an American embassy or consulate has reviewed the application and that officer has determined that the individual is eligible to enter the country for a specific purpose. The CBP Officer at the port-of-entry will conduct an inspection to determine if the individual is eligible for admission under U.S. immigration law.
Visa: Yes, it’s possible for H-1B cap-exempt “employment at” a facility controlled by the 501(c)(3) entity, must be a nonimmigrant in the USA on a valid, current status (e.g., F-1 OPT). If petition is approved, “concurrent employment” with a non-exempt “cap subject” employer is possible.
I am a self-enrichment education teacher and supervisor of the volunteer team. For additional about me, visit the site for AFA GRAD INC.
